Q: Can I cut the width of my shades?
A:
If you have a vertical or Venetian Blind, then you can cut the width. However, if you have a Roller Shade, Pleated Shade or anything else made of fabric, then we strongly recommend against it. There is a high risk for the fabric to unravel and dissolve.
 
Q: What is the difference between European shades and American products?
A: There are a few differences between those products:
  • The Design is usually more modern, less traditional.
  • European Products usually last longer, since most of the components are not made of plastic, but steel, iron and aluminum.
  • The same applies also to the installation brackets. Usually it is easier to hang a European blind than an American product.
  • Since the European products are manufactured using the metric system, the appearance is more exact and fitting.
 
Q: Do you also have American brands?
A:
We do offer American brands: Hunter Douglas™, Kirsch™ and Levolor™.
 
Q: What is the delivery time of your products?
A:
Depending on the product you choose, the delivery time can be anything from 5 working days up to 30 working days.
Pillows usually take about 4 weeks to be delivered.
 
Q: I need replacements for a part. Can you get it for me?
A:
Usually we can get parts for almost any type of blind. If you can give us as much information as possible about your window treatments, the easier will be to find a replacement.
 
Q: I have trapezoid windows. What shade do you recommend?
A:
For specialty shaped windows, we recommend either Pleated Shades or Vertical Blinds. The versatility of those products is the greatest and the quality the most advanced to handle those windows.
 
Q: What is the range of your tilt motors?
A:
The range of these motors is 25 feet/750 cm
 
Q: Do you have additional printed material available for exterior products?
A:
Since the exterior blinds are still new to the american market, we only have information available that you can find on our site.
 
Q: Can I use exterior blinds on patio doors or gazebos?
A:
The construction of exterior blinds is rather heavy, therefore these blinds are not designed to be used on patios.
 
Q: Can I purchase any of your products off this web site?
A:
Yes. The only products you can currently purchase off the web site are our Pillows.
 
Q: What are the shipping and handling charges?
A:
Currently, we charge a flat fee of $7.00 shipping and handling for orders sent within the continental United States.
If you have a return, for whatever reason, we will charge a restocking fee of 25% of the order amount.
Custom ordered products are not refundable.
